let the number be x
as per question 4851x (resulting number) will be perfect square
when we break 4851 into it's factors then we'll get 3, 3, 7, 7, 11 every number is in pairs except 11 so when we take square root 11 remains in the root.
So if the resulting number is to be a square root then 4851 must be multiplied by 11
so that 11 will also be in pair, which will make the resulting number a perfect square.
Hence the required number is 11.
