The answer will be lithium ion.

Explanation:

This is because lithium has two shells. hence it's atomic size is smaller than sodium which has 3 shells. But while forming an ion as because lithium is a metal it looses the one electron in its valence shell to attain duplet and is left with only one shell. whereas in case of fluoride and chloride ion they gain one electron and they still have 2 and 3 shells. hence the nuclear pull on the last shell of lithium ion. will be more than in fluoride and chloride ion. So it is the smallest among all.
