The smallest value of n = 1

On putting n=1 in the given equation

we get ,

= 2n+1
= 2(1)+1
= 3

where 3 is a prime number

Here is ur answer !!!

n = 1 => 2n+1 is prime

n = 2 (prime)

n = 3(prime)

n = 4 => 2n+1 = 9

So the required number is 4
