Prime factorisation of 59535 is

59535 = 3×3×3×3×3×5×7×7 = 3⁵ × 5¹ × 7² = (3² × 3² × 7²) × (3  × 5)

So we got  (3×5) remaining with power 1. So to get perfect square, we need to mlultiply it by (3×5) or 15.
Sum of digits = 1+5 = 6
