No ,it is not good, I think that it is absolutely not right.No one can be deprived from the inalienable rights either human or animal.Every creature has right to live and no one have right to deprive someone.In the case of snakes the charmer is doing very wrong,the number of snakes are decreasing day by day.And to deprive them from living in their own habitat has an effect on them as well on the balance of ecosystem.If the snakes will be less then they can become an endangered creature,and it would also had an impact on the food chain.For instance, rats are eaten by snakes and snakes are eaten by eagle .If there will less no of snakes so,obviously the no.of rats will increase and this may be harmful for farmers as rats can eat the grains.As the farmer is using the snake for his own commercial benefit he can be fined too.And as I said before everyone has right to live until their existence doesn't prove injurious to others and unless they are humans or animals .
