We are living in an IT revolution era. Indispensability of computers cannot be denied. The modern youth doesn't have any other option. Computers have already taken over each and every field. Tell me an area or sphere where computers are not being used! Education, industry, finance, defense, teaching, learning, research, medicine, accounting, entertainment, internet, online teaching, telecommunication, media, and space research and exploration. It is computer, computer everywhere. The modern world will look void without computers. Computers have created such an order in every field. They are so adroitly efficient in data storing and handling. They have man's life much more organized, systematic, simple, colourful, and awesomely efficient.
Computers have become ubiquitous owing to their versatility. What is it not that you can't do with a computer? They are the gods of the modern era! Naturally the field of education has also been influenced positively by use of computers. They have made the learning in classrooms much more convenient, easier, simpler, colouful, fun-filled, and efficient. Expert teachers teach students using smart boards and interactive whiteboards. Computers have enabled both students and teachers process learning data many times faster than was possible in a traditional classroom.
The computers store the teaching and learning data systematically which can be so easily accessed by anyone
wanting it. Internet has further facilitated sharing of knowledge available
abundantly on all the subjects. School websites now provide all the educational
information required by parents and students. Aspiring students can look up the
internet for any information and knowledge they require while studying or doing
assignments. So computers have really made education quite romantic. There is a
modern Renaissance in education owing to computers.
However, this boom in the IT revolution has taken its toll. As the axiom goes 'Excess of everything is bad.’ children have shown enormous interest in the virtual reality created by IT revolution. Easy access to smart phones, tabs, laptops, internet compatible TV, internet, etc. has adversely affected the contemporary children. They prefer sitting glued to the LED screens of the above mentioned devices at the cost of their games and sports, and studies.
They no longer know the joys of playing outdoor games. So their health has deteriorated considerably. Secondly, sitting for long hours in front of these screens affects their eyes, as well as mind. They remain tense, always busy processing one thing or another. They don't have peace of mind. They have forgotten the art of writing letters, reading books, comics, listening to stories from grandparents, etc. Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter, and other messengers keep them engrossed. This addiction is not going to stand them in good stead. This is going to deprive them of physical and mental strength that one gets from playing outdoor games and reading books.
The elders must play a proactive role in stopping them from going astray. there are precautions and cautions which should be taken in the use of computers by children. The teachers and parents must teach children the art of using computers wisely. Failing to do so is surely going to have repercussions.Answer:

Positive impact of computers :
A great aid to human being . Ease in doing tough works , like , big calculations , researches , data storage , internet access all are possible just because of computers . In the digital era , we can't think of a world without computers . Computers have made it possible for humans to get information about anything they wish to know . Computers have made everything easier for human beings .
Negative impact of computers :
With easy access to social media via computers , we are getting detached from our social life . We are making friends online and forgetting about the real world . The youth is getting trapped into the virtual world of internet , thanks to computers . Teenagers spend their most of the time on playing games , surfing , browsing on the computers . They don't know the proper use of the computers .
Conclusion :
Computers are a great aid to human , have many qualities and we can extract best from computers only if we know how to use it beneficially .
At last , two lines for parents of teenagers , "Just as you tach your children how to ride a bike or any vehicle , you should teach them how to use the computers "
