According to me the correct anwer to this question is "Web Browser".A web browser whether it is Google,Firefox,
Opera or any other browser, can read
and render the html documents.Html is a most common language that is easily recognised by all the browsers.
Just by double clicking we can open the html page.The full form of html is hyper text markup language.
