Generally, the solubility of compounds increases with increase in temperature. However baked lime is an exception to this. The highest solubility of lime (which is calcium hydroxide) occurs at 0 degrees C (freezing). The lowest solubility of lime (which is calcium hydroxide) occurs at 100 degrees C (boiling).
