The solubility of common salt in 100g of water is 36g. If 20g of salt is dissolved in it,
how much more is required to attain saturation?

100g of water has ability to dissolve 36g of salt. Thus, 1g will dissolve 36/100g of salt.Therefore, 20g will dissolve 20*36/100g=9g
