first twoare acids and other are bases so the olfactory indicator will change smell to the following

onion paste or onion juice loses its smell when it comes in contact with a base but no change happens with an acid

the smell Vanilla ventures with base but it remains as such in acid

clove oil is an olfactory indicator. In acidic medium we can characteristis the smell of clove but it is not possible in base,to characteristis smell cannot be detected.
