3x-2y=4 ......eq 1

2x-3y=1 .......eq 2

now, multiply eq 1 by 2 and eq 2 by 3, we get

6x-4y=8 .......eq 3 and 6x-9y=3 ......eq 4

now, subtract eq 3 and 4

6x-4y= 8

-6x+9y=-3

5y=5

y=5/5

y=1

now, 3x-2y=4

3x-2*1=4

3x=4+2

x=6/3

x=2

so, x=2 and y=1
