Solution:

(X-7/8) +(X+7/6)= 0

X+x-7/8+7/6=0

2x= (7/8- 7/6)

2x=( 21-28)/24

2x= -7/24

X=( -7/24)× 1/2

X= -7/48

Hence, the value of X= -7/48

Solution :-

(x/1 - 7/8) + (x/1 + 7/6) = 0

Taking LCM of the denominators and then solving these.

⇒ (8x - 7)/8 + (6x + 7)/6 = 0

Again taking LCM of the denominators (LCM of 8 and 6 is 24) and then solving it.

⇒ (24x - 21 + 24x + 28)/24 = 0

⇒ 24x + 24x = 21 - 28

⇒ 48x = - 7

⇒ x = - 7/48
