Here,

 \frac{3}{2}   \not=  \frac{  \not- 5}{  \not- 7}  =  \frac{14}{2}

From above we can see that,

 \frac{a1}{a2}  \neq \:  \frac{b1}{b2}  =  \frac{c1}{c2}

Hence the lines are consistent/intersecting and the system has unique solution
