It was copied by music director Anu Malik from "The Love Theme" - Godfather composed by - Nino Rota.

Comments –This was first reported and gathered from a copy of "The Love Theme" - Godfather.

All were quite shocked learning this. What a choice of song to copy form.

If one music director want to copy it is to be from  obscure song, It is a worst plagiarism by Bollywood.
