1) it shows how beautifully the nightingale sings and cheers the villagers.

2) on he other side, he is very innocent , nive and gullible as he believed the glow worm's words.

The nightingale was a tireless musician who cheered the village people all day long, and at the same time, it was a predator who wanted to eat the glow-worm. There are two aspects to its personality, much like people, who may have complex, contradictory traits.
