Let time be x
Speed in still=10km/hr
Speed in stream=2km/hr
Time, For A to B =x
For B to A=x+2
Distance = d
Speed=d/x
10=d/x
Therefore, d=10x----1st
From AtoB:
2=d/x+2
Therefore, d=2x+4----2nd
Putting 1st in 2nd :
10x=2x+4
Therefore, x=1/2
Now, putting in 1st :
d=10*1/2=5km answer
