the speed of a boat in still water is 15km/hr. it can not go 30km upstream and return downstream to the original point 4hours 30 min. find the speed of the stream .​

Therefore, the speed of the boat in upstream is (15 + x). From the above obtained expression, time taken by the boat to go 30 km upstream will be 3015−x. Time taken by the boat to go 30 km downstream will be 3015+x.
