Given, initial velocity, u= 5m/s
final velocity , v =10m/s
time , t = 5sec
we know,
a=v-u/t
a=10-5/5
a=5/5 =1
a = 1m/sec^2

Solution:-
Given,
- Speed of a body moving along a straight path changes 5m/s to 10m/s in 5 sec.
We can find the acceleration by using the first equation of motion:-
u = 5m/s ; v = 10m/s ; t = 5sec
➣ v = u + at
➣ 10 = 5 + 5a
➣ 10 - 5 = 5a
➣ 5a = 5
➣ a = 5/5
➣
∴ The acceleration of body is 1m/s²
