My dear friend, Your question has an error.... You are not provided with Speed of the bus of a student with cycle i.e. 400 kg m/s... It is the momentum... (as kg m/s is an unit of momentum)

But, Still considering this,

P= Momentum= 400 kg m/s

V= Velocity = 5 m/s

Mass = ?

As

P= M*V

--> 400= m* 5

M= 400/5

= 80 kg

Therefore, The mass of the students and the cycle is 80kg....
