Step-by-step explanation:

speed=80km per hour

distance=45min

=45/60hours

we know,

speed=distance/time

80=distance/(45/60)

80×(45/60)=distance

distance=60km

Given that the vehicle has travelled 80km in one hour and is travelling at an average of 80km/h for the 45 minutes we can find it rather easily.

80km = 60 minutes

Divide by 2 // Or half to get how far it travels in half it’s journey

40km = 30 minutes

We can also divide again by 2 to get how far it travel 1/4 of the 60 minutes

20km = 15 minutes

———————————————————————

We can then add the 30 minutes distance traveled and the 15 minutes distance traveled

40km = 30minutes

+

20km = 15 minutes

=

60km = 45 minutes

In 45 minutes at an average of 80km/h the vehicle will travel 60km, remember this method it did me good on my tests as they award high marks for questions like these.
