Velocity =distance travelled /time taken.
Distance travelled =velocity *time taken
=320*3
=960 km=960000m

rajjan31: how we got 960000
rajjan31: ok i understand
AdeptAdarsh: converting km to m

Given :

Speed of aeroplane = 320 km/hr

Time taken by aeroplane to cover distance = 3 hours

To Find :

Find the distance in meters

Solution:

Speed of aeroplane = 320 km/hr

Time taken by aeroplane to cover distance = 3 hours

Distance covered by Aeroplane = Speed \times time

Distance covered by Aeroplane = 320 \times 3

Distance covered by Aeroplane =960 km

1 km = 1000 m

960 km = 960000 m

Hence the distance in meters is 960000 m
