good morning mate.

given.

n=1.5

v= 2×10^8m/s

now.

n=c/v

c=nv

c=1.5 × 2 ×10^8

c=3×10^8m/s

the speed of light in vacumn or air is 3×10^8m/s.

the speed of light in air is only marginally less thus speed of light in air is also taken as speed of light in vacumn

Answer:

n = c \div v

1.5=c/2*10^-8

1.5 = c \div 2 \times  {10}^{ - 8}   \\ c = 1.5 \times 2 \times  {10}^{ - 8 }  \\ c = 3 \times  {10}^{ - 8}
