The Correct Answer is Option 4 i.e 2 × 108 m/s. The Refractive index of a medium is defined as the ratio of the speed of light in a vacuum to the speed of light in the medium. Refractive index (n)= c/v, where c is the velocity of light in a vacuum ( 3 × 108 m/s) and v is the velocity of light in a substance.
