as refractive index of water=speed of light in vacuum/speed of light in medium
therefore refractive index of water=3*10^8/2.25*10^8=1.33

refractive index of material = speed of light in vacuum / speed of light in material.
so 3*10 power8 / 2.25 * 10power8 =
3 \div 2.25 = 1.3334
