The speed of sound in air is 320ms-1 and in water it is 1600ms-1 , it takes 2.5s for sound to reach a certain distance from the source placed in air find this distance ​

AS THE SOURCE IS PLACED IN AIR,

SPEED = 320ms⁻¹                           AND,        TIME=2.5sec.

∴ SPEED=DISTANCE\TIME

⇒ DISTANCE= SPEED * TIME

⇒ DISTANCE= 320 * 2.5

DISTANCE = 800m.
