let speed of the river be x km/hr

speed of boat in upstream = (x + 30) km/hr

speed of boat down stream = (30 - x) km/hr

A/Q,

  = > \frac{10}{30 - x} = \frac{15}{30 + x} \\ \\ = > 300 + 10x = 450 - 15x \\ \\ = > 25x = 750 \\ \\ = > x = 30

speed of the river current is 30 km/hr
