v=\sqrt{\frac{\textbf{elastic property}}{\textbf{inertial property}}}

in case of fluid, elastic property is measured with help of bulk modulus and inertial property is measured with help of density.

if we assume, bulk modulus is \beta and density is \rho

so, v=\sqrt{\frac{\beta}{\rho}} this is the required expression of velocity of sound, bulk modulus and density of fluid.
