The net flux on a surface is defined as Gaussian integral of E multiplied by the effective Area. Since the Sphere doesnt enclose any extra charge, net flux of sphere is zero

Hence, Flux on outside = Flux on inside.

Therefore, E*(Effective Area) = E * πr²
