hey friend,

Yes, the spread of communicable diseases is more during monsoon season. This is because as it rains some stagnent bodies like choked drains, broken bucket, etc keeps the water for long period of time and many harmful insects like mosquitoes such as malaria, etc gives eggs in the stagnent water bodies and thus causes many harmful diseases. Apart from this also in monsoon season if we get wet, we may suffer from diseases like fever, cold and cough, etc.

yes I agree with it .
this is because insect like mosquito, housefly, etc are the main host of communicable diseases and this insect mostly lives in a area where their is moisture to lay their eggs and therefore they come at our homes in search of food I.e our blood. therefore communicable diseases spread faster in monsoon season.
