11 cm

Given a right angles isosceles triangle

Let AB=AC=a

Given,

hypotenuse square i.e BC²=242 sq.cm

we know that AB²+AC² =BC²

a²+a² =BC²

2a² =242

a²=121

a=11cm

Therefore, length of each of other two sides is 11 cm.
