See it can be done in 2 ways:

121= sum of digits - 1+2+1=4

√4 = 2

As well as:

The square of 121 is:14641

The sum of the digits is: 1+4-6+4+1=. 16

The square root of 16 is 4.

So it depends upon what you think is correct.
