The stars appear to twinkle while planets do not. Why?

Answer:Here is your answer...

Stars appear to be moving because of atmospheric refraction... Planets are large and quite close by.... They are so close that we see them as being larger... Even if there is variance,it is not enough to be able for us to perceive it as twinkling...
