Answer:

charge of an electron is always constant and is 1.6×10^-19 coulomb

in my book its given that final expression of Milliken experiment is q=ne

so,no. of electrons in 1st drop is

n=q/e =2/1.6×10^-19

=1.2×10^19 electrons

for 2nd drop

n=0.04/1.6×10^-19

=0.025×10^19 electrons

for 3rd drop

n=0.8/1.6×10^-19

=.5×10^19 electrons
