The radius of steering is 15cm

Force applied is 40Newton

Since the direction of force applied on the steering is always towards the centre of the steering, the angle at which the force is applied will be 90°

Torque=rFSinA

Where A is the angle on which the force is applied

A=90°

Torque=0.15\times 40\times Sin 90

           =6\times 1

Torque=6Nm

Thus the torque produce will be 6Nm
