Heya friend!!
Rajdeep here...
The sterilization process in males is called vasectomy and in females is called Tubectomy.
In Vasectomy, the vasa deferentia (sperm ducts) are cut and ligated so that the sperms produced in the testes do not reach the ejaculatory duct.
In Tubectomy, the two ends of the Fallopian tubes are cut and ligated, so that fertilization does not take place.
Thanks!!
