The flesh (and small bones like that of a rodent) is simply digested by standard stomach acids and enzymes. As the others have pointed out, snakes have a strong digestive system for breaking down their food. There are things they can't digest, however, such as keratin. Consequently claws/hooves and hair are excreted.

However, its not our stomach acid that breaks down food in the stomach. The acid just allows another chemical, called pepsin, to work properly and break down food. Pepsin is a digestive enzyme. Other digestive enzymes are found in you saliva and intestine.
