well I think it's a wrong question...
because the retardation would come as follows:
v^2 =u^2+2as
initial velocity : 40km/hr : 200/18 m/s
final velocity : 0 (because body comes to rest)
distance = 10 m
so retardation is :
0 = (200/18)^2 + 2 * a * 10
(-(200/18)^2) /20 = a
this value will be very very large...
and I'm not gonna calculate it X)
