EMF => 12 V
internal resistance => 0.4 ohm
now , maximum current drawn. from battery =>
V = I R
12V = 0.4 x I
hence , current is => 30 Amperes

Emf= 12v (v)
Internal resistance = 0.4ohm
So according to formula ;
V = ir
i = v/r;
i = 12/0.4;
I = 30 Amp..
And that is your answer..
