The Stored lipids are in the form of adipose tissue which are either white in colour or slightly yellowish in colour.

Explanation:

  • the fat which are stored in the body are reserve food substances for the body. In addition to this the lipids also act as the  insulator of the body .
  • as a result of this lipids being hydrophobic in nature attracts the different types of soils which are present in the body. Due to this day a become slightly yellowish in colour. This yellowish colour can be observed when dissection is done in the body and yellowish fat deposition can be found almost everywhere in the body.
