Answer:
the story of "Rattsap"deals with human loneliness and the need to bond with others not only the pebbles but else but also the crofters and ironmaster along with his daughter were alone in the world.
The pebbles roamed in the town to sell rattraps and to looks for chance to steal. The crofters allowed the pebbles and wanted to spend his time with someone. Ironmaster and mdla also invited the pebbles for Christmas cheer as they were also lonely and wanted the enjoy their festive time with some guests. It can be felt that human beings feel lonely as they get separated from thus loved ones due to different circumstances.
