The story is about a ghost but is still not categorised under the horror genre.Most of the ghost stories are written with a purpose of scaring the readers and the ghosts in these stories are mostly harmful, but in this story the ghost helps the narrator to write stories. Calling the narrator a "traitor" through the medium of an Ouija board and appearing in front of him to tell him that she is going on a strike adds humour.
