I stayed at Bethsabee hotel a few days before boarding for a trip on the Nile. The hotel is lovely with a view on the mountains, the hostess is friendly and helpful. She has traveled all around Egypt and over the world and her stories are wonderful. We were blessed that she traveled with us on one of her dahabeyas. Five enchanting days, out of this world, sailing away from noise and modern civilisation. The decoration is wonderful. From our cabin we could see the Nile and we could also sit (or lie down) on the deck on one of many comfortable sofas. The food, served on the deck by a charming staff of locals, was excellent and Eleonore made sure that we would be served special meals if needed. Every day, a bilingual guide would take us to discover the temples along the Nile. A combination of leisure and exploring. The perfect holidays.
