The slave and the lion

Once there was a rich man who had a slave. He was treated very harshly by his master. He became ill off his master's torture so he ran away.

After running away he hid himself in a cave. Suddenly he saw a lion in the cave and he got afraid. The lion was coming towards him, then he noticed that the lion was limping. He saw a thorn stuck in its paw. The helped the lion by pulling out the thorn. Then they became friends

After a few days the slave was arrested by his master's guards. He was brought to the master who ordered them to throw him in front of the hungry lion.

The next day when the slave was thrown in front of the lion. The lion moved slowly towards him and then started licking him. It was the same lion, his friend whom the slave helped.

It was a wonderful sight for all the people. The master rewarded the lion the slave. And then the slave was set free.

MORAL: Kindness is always rewarded
