Answer:

given lines x+3y-9=0  -------------  1

                   4x+5y-1=0-------------- 2

                  px+qy+10=0-------------3

  solve equations 1 and 2 we get y = 5 and x = - 6

 p(x, y) =(-6,5) ------- substitute in equation 3

 we get -6x+5y+10=0  write this in order⇒ 5y -6x+10=0

                                                                   ⇒ 5q-6p+10=0

so 5x+6y+10=0 passes through ( q , -p) .
