The strength of cutting tool doesn't depend only on particular one angle. It depends on rake angle, Clearence angle, and weadth angle simultaneously.

Variation in rake angle causes causes higher shock impact on CT. Causes rough cutting and tool break down.

Variation in Clearence angle also imparts contributions on tool strength because very high or very low Clearence angle will either give weak tool or high rubbing with the work surface.

Now very high weadth angle will cause low Clearence angle. Very low weadth angle will cause very high Clearence angle.

Hence, we can say that, three angles ​contribute on tool strength equally.
