The string is holding the maximum possible weight it can withstand. If the body suspended by it starts moving on a horizontal circular path and the string starts generating a cone, centrifugal force will be generated which will add extra force on the string. Since it was holding maximum possible weight, the additional force will break the string and the weight will be detached.
