Ownership is in hands of shareholders... Because they have a right to invest in company..

⭐❄ Shareholders can invest in company but they have no right to take part in any activities of the management because all decisions are taken by board of directors and they only have right to control company...

The structure in which there is separation of ownership and management is called a COMPANY. Because , OWNERS of the company are   SHAREHOLDERS and MANAGEMENT is in the hands of BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
