Since Si has vacant d-orbital, Lone pair of nitrogen are involved in back bonding with SiMe3 and this bond will be pie bond. So hybridization of N =SP2, hence geometry is trigonal planar and since N does not have any Lone pair of electrons now, it has no lewis base character.
