The structure of IF7 is pentagonal bipyramid because in IF7 out of 7 flourine atoms 5 of them are placed on a plane in pentagon shape. In remaining 2 flourine atoms one is placed above the plane and other is below the plane each at 90 degrees.
I hope it will be helpful.

\huge\textbf{IF7}

Valence number of electrons in I = 7

Atom of F = 7

Formula = ½ (V + M - C + A)

= ½ (7 + 7)

= ½ (14)

= 7

In above Formula;

V = Number of valence electrons in central atom.

M = Number of monocovalent atoms around the central atom.

C = Positive charge on cation.

A = Negative charge on anion.

So, It's Hyberdization is S¹p³d³.

According to VSPER theory (Valence Shell Electron Pair Theory). It's structure is \textbf{Pentagonal bipyramid.} Also it has no lone pair in it.

Diagram is in Attachment!!

So, correct option is

\huge\textbf{A) Pentagonal bipyramid...}
