here the sentence is in present continuous tense .
⏩sub + is/am/are + v4 + obj + other words.
in passive voice it changes to
⏩ obj + is/are + being + v3 + by sub + other words
so ,
✔️PASSIVE VOICE ➡️Letters are being written by the students to their parents.
